Home workflows and model generation
Encore ESP uses manual dosing and a defined espresso adjustment range. Fellow Opus 2 is a newer generation with separate catch cups. Original Opus specifications describe the earlier generation; identify Opus 2 explicitly when selecting its specifications.
Commercial references have a different role
The EK43 is a commercial allround reference. Its burr size and laboratory grind-rate claim do not establish that it is the best home espresso choice. Keep purpose, electrical and service conditions separate.
