Coffee Soul 10 and 12 share a configurable platform. The 2025 English brochure distinguishes their screen sizes and lists modular milk, grinder and cleaning choices. The brochure configuration below remains separate from the technical web listing where the published height differs.
What distinguishes Soul 10 from Soul 12?
The brochure specifies 10.4-inch and 12.1-inch touchscreens respectively. Both can use the documented interface modes; do not interpret screen size alone as proof of a different drink throughput.
Is ProCare included in every Coffee Soul?
Treat ProCare as a configuration option. The brochure describes autonomous system cleaning for up to 100 cycles. Installation space and the exact daily operator routine still require their own checks.
Which Soul document should I use for installation?
Select the exact ordered screen, milk system, cleaning option and electrical version before requesting the installation drawing. The 2025 brochure reference and the technical webpage are separate records; do not combine their differing heights into one configuration.
How do I prepare a Coffee Soul procurement brief?
Record peak drink mix, milk choices, cleaning responsibilities, cooler position and local service coverage. Compare the selected reference configuration, then use the installation guide and procurement brief to request a site-specific quote; the international reference does not establish local electrical suitability.
Does Hot & Cold mean cold extraction?
The 2025 brochure describes hot coffee being cooled to 30–35 °C. That process should be distinguished from brewing with cold water when comparing cold-drink systems.
How do Soul 10 and Soul 12 differ?
The current technical page lists 10.4-inch and 12.1-inch display choices. Check the ordered milk, brewing and cleaning options separately; the screen name alone does not establish the complete configuration.
How should I estimate Coffee Soul power consumption?
Match the quoted electrical option first. Rated watts describe power; energy use is measured in kWh. A daily cost estimate also needs operating hours, drink mix, idle time, cleaning and your tariff.
Is ProCare included with every Coffee Soul?
The current table lists standard cleaning and optional ProCare. BestFoam is also optional and uses an external milk cooler; confirm the quotation rather than assuming every option is included.
What warranty and service should an office request?
The reviewed feature table does not establish warranty coverage at your address. Request the local warranty document, exclusions, call-out terms, consumables and backup arrangements before comparing service costs.
